Only category among civilian workforce denied Compulsory weekly / periodical rest in civilised world

Dear all

please guess the category of human work force in civil society without any provision of compulsory weekly rest.

the Indian Train Drivers are the only category to have been denied this.

and this category is managed with threat management techniques so remain un-organised to the status to fight the most powerful rail transport govt. business in the world.

please inform me how to tackle this issue of violation and denial of fundamental right to periodical rest at skpandhi@gmail.com

thanks and regards
